Guided Meditation
Practicing (the key word is practicing) meditation is such an important piece to help connect you to your inner guidance system and to your spiritual helpers. Learning and practicing how to clear our minds is essential to be able to hear what is truly in our hearts and souls.
Katie offers guided meditations periodically and meditation is always a part of her offered classes.
Private Mentoring
